Responsibilities
  • Support the Marketing Director and Marketing Manager in the development of high-quality marketing materials, primarily proposals and qualifications, brochures, and presentations (80%)
  • Assist with the preparation of narrative and graphic content for proposals, Statement of Qualifications, and presentations, as well as for website, social media, newsletters, and conferences.
  • Coordinate award submittals and assist with marketing campaigns, editorial/PR submissions, including content and graphics development.
  • Design, manage, and update standard marketing collateral and support the management/organization of digital assets in Open Asset.
  • Maintain brand standards and templates, and ensure that all marketing materials align with the companys brand identity.
  • Support architectural projects and other non-marketing efforts such as reports, client presentations, and project graphics.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree, preferably in Marketing, Graphic Design, or Communications
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in the A/E/C industry or related professional field
  • Advanced technical and graphic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides editing and customization and familiarity with PPT, Open Asset and MS Office suite
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically and integrate written and graphic elements to tell compelling stories and convey complex ideas
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills, passion for details and ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy
  • Collaborative and able to manage diverse internal and external relationships
  • Resilient and flexible able to execute in the context of uncertainty and unfazed by inevitable setbacks
  • Optimistic and empathetic team player who enjoys collaborating with diverse staff and leadership to meet challenges and achieve collective excellence
Employment details
  • Employment type: Full Time (40 hours/week)
  • Location: Hybrid - Mon/Tues/Wed in our San Francisco office, Thu/Fri remote
  • Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000

All TEF staff work in-person at our office on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Thursday and Friday are flexible workdays that allow staff to work remotely. TEF is an equal opportunity employer.
