Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Full-Stack Engineer to join our growing engineering team of 6. This role combines cutting-edge AI/ML technologies with modern full-stack development to build and enhance our advisor-assistant platform. You'll work on everything from natural language processing and audio analysis to enterprise-grade security and CRM integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development: Build and maintain React.js frontend applications with modern UI frameworks
• Develop robust Node.js/Express.js backend APIs and services
• Design and implement PostgreSQL database schemas
• Create real-time features using webhooks and Redis for caching
• Implement enterprise authentication and authorization systems

AI Development

• Design and implement advanced natural language understanding services using LLMs
• Develop and optimize audio processing pipelines for meeting transcription and analysis
• Build intelligent conversation analysis systems for generating summaries, action items, and client insights
• Implement vector search capabilities
• Develop financial advisor-specific NLP for client communication and relationship management

Enterprise Implementation

• Build and maintain CRM integrations
• Develop calendar and email integrations
• Implement scheduling, payment, and management systems
• Ensure data privacy and security best practices (encryption, secure API design)

Required QualificationsTechnical Skills

• Frontend: 1+ years experience with React.js, modern JavaScript/ES6+, responsive web design
• Backend: 1+ years experience with Node.js, Express.js, RESTful API development
• Database: Experience with SQL databases
• AI/ML: Experience with calling LLM APIs, vector databases
• Cloud Services: Experience with Azure, Redis, enterprise-scale deployments
• Authentication: OAuth 2.0, JWT, session management

Professional Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1+ years of full-stack development experience
• Bonus: 1+ years working with AI/ML technologies in production environments
• Experience with enterprise software development
• Strong understanding of software security principles and compliance requirements
