Senior Product Manager - Azure Databricks – Microsoft

As a Senior Product Manager - Azure Databricks, Product Manager team, you will work closely with customers and partners to enable business growth and deliver on the roadmap. You will collaborate across cross-functional teams such as business, marketing, and sales, and work with engineering teams to ensure timely launch of products and product enhancements while driving adoption with business teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive business impact across the organization and track success criteria for multiple feature areas; identify long-term investment opportunities and engage partners to garner support.
• Define a feature set and execute on it with the team.
• Scale Product Marketing by building marketing and rollout plans and leading the creation of customer support plans.
• Promote feature areas at major events and opportunities.
• Guide teams to collect performance metrics, form hypotheses for technical needs, and improve product development; coach teams to manage customer communities and build trust with targeted customers.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
• OR equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience with Azure Databricks

Other Requirements:

• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements. This includes Microsoft Cloud Background Check at hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Product Management IC4 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range for the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area locations: USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
