Overview

The Solutions Engineer will act as a technical advisor and champion for customers, supporting the pre-sales process and collaborating closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is technically curious and passionate about building AI-powered solutions to improve the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

You'll have the chance to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while working on groundbreaking technology that's shaping the future of development tools.

What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to understand customer requirements and develop customized technical solutions.
  • Translate business objectives into technical requirements and solution designs.
  • Deliver compelling demos and impactful Proof of Values (PoVs) to showcase platform capabilities.
  • Assist in responding to security questionnaires and compliance requests.
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to continuously improve the product experience.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies in AI-powered development tools.
  • Contribute to internal tools, playbooks, and best practices to optimize processes.
  • Support a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales for successful customer onboarding.
What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role, with at least 2 years in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
  • Experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders, from technical teams to business leaders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer needs simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with software development tools and platforms.
  • Comfort working with the command line.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Bonus Points For: Experience with container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform), and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions).
