Overview

Solutions Architect role at You.com. We are seeking a Delivery Solution Architect to lead the design, delivery, and validation of enterprise SaaS AI solutions for our customers. You will architect end-to-end solutions balancing technical excellence, usability, and business value, guiding customers and internal teams through discovery, design, implementation, and validation to ensure robust, scalable, and high-quality user experiences.

This position requires a blend of technical depth, process rigor, and a user-centric mindset, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with customers and stakeholders to elicit business, functional, and technical requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of objectives and constraints.
• Translate business needs into comprehensive solution architectures, including process flows, technical blueprints, and user journey maps.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure usability and user experience are integral to the solution design, supporting seamless interactions.
• Develop detailed technical designs, including system integrations, data flows, and security models, aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Serve as the technical authority throughout the project lifecycle, guiding architectural decisions, technology selection, and best practices.
• Oversee the implementation of solutions with engineering, product, and QA teams to ensure fidelity to the design and timely delivery.
• Lead solution validation activities, including technical feasibility, performance testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure requirements are met.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
• Define and document solution delivery processes to ensure repeatability, quality, and continuous improvement across projects.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies; provide regular updates to stakeholders and escalate issues as needed.
• Support resource allocation and coordination, ensuring the right mix of technical and business expertise for each initiative.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, building relationships and setting expectations regarding scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Partner with sales, customer success, and field engineering teams to accelerate adoption and drive measurable business outcomes.
• Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on customer insights to influence product enhancements and roadmap priorities.
• Deliver training and enablement sessions to customers and internal teams; develop and maintain solution documentation and best practice guides.

Qualifications

Technical Acumen

• Deep expertise in designing and implementing enterprise SaaS and AI solutions; strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data engineering, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++, and experience with modern DevOps/MLOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
• Ability to architect solutions balancing technical, business, and user experience requirements.

Process & Project Management

• Proven experience leading solution discovery, detailed design, and validation in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Communication & Leadership

• Exceptional communication skills; ability to engage and influence technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience building trusted relationships with customers and internal teams; navigate conversations to drive consensus.

Problem-Solving & Results-Driven

• Strong analytical skills with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
• Innovative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and staying current with technology trends.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Architect, AI/ML certifications) are desirable.

Salary & Benefits

Salary Band: $155,000—$200,000 USD
