Part-time or Full-time position available for Licensed Clinical Social Workers ( LCSW's).

Responsibilities

• Support and provide clinical social work services within gero-psychology for our vibrant senior community.
• Collaborate with an integrated care team model to customize care for each patient.
• Focus on patient care without on-call responsibilities, with a flexible work schedule.
• Contribute to leadership, professional development, and ongoing clinical supervision as part of the clinical team.

Work location & scheduling

Our Licensed Clinical Social Workers get to pick their own schedule and typically work between Mondays Fridays from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. With more than 800 facility partners, we will identify the best fit and work-site location(s) based on your skills, interests, and geographic location.

Qualifications

• Masters in Social Work and CA State License in good standing
• NPI Number
