Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and improve Test Strategies, Architecture, and Frameworks leveraging the latest tools for Functional, Regression, Data, Batch, and API Automated testing.
• Collaborate with automation development and testing teams to ensure optimal test automation coverage.
• Explore new opportunities, gather requirements, and propose solutions.
• Establish industry-standard protocols by leveraging best practices in test automation.
• Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify and resolve productivity issues during automation script execution.
• Enhance test automation frameworks with industry trends and advancements.
• Set up and optimize automated testing infrastructure.
• Define and report KPIs to measure automation effectiveness.
• Train and mentor team members on automation tools and techniques.
• Communicate project updates through presentations and documentation.

Must Have Skills

• 15+ years of IT experience, with at least 6+ years in automation testing.
• Proficiency in tools like Tosca, Selenium, or similar.
• Experience with Java and Python programming.
• Knowledge of API testing tools such as REST Assured, Postman, SoapUI.
• Understanding of CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Details

Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000/year.
