This one's for the mission-driven builders. Join a small, mighty team as one of the earliest hires, working on frontier AI that powers personalised treatment plans. You'll be hands-on across stack and model — from backend pipelines and agent workflows to frontend interfaces — all with the goal of making life-saving technology smarter and safer every week.

Location: San Francisco, USA (in-person)

Responsibilities:

• Build and ship across backend (Python, PyTorch) and frontend (React/TypeScript)
• Orchestrate workflows that tie together retrieval, evaluation and safety systems
• Train, fine-tune and align large language models for healthcare use cases
• Prototype new features fast, validate with metrics, and ship to production

Ideal Candidate:

• Full-stack fluency, with comfort in both backend and frontend engineering
• Bonus points for hands-on experience with LLM training, RLHF or agent design
• Low ego, high agency, hungry to move fast in a high-impact environment
• Mission-driven and eager to apply tech to one of the toughest real-world problems
