We are looking for people at the Senior Director and Director level within the Data & Analytics/Data Science Consulting Practice with a specific focus on Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
The roles offer exciting opportunities to work with leading-edge technologies, deliver ML/AI-driven solutions, and play a highly visible leading role in the organization whilst partnering closely with multiple clients across various industries and our Data leadership teams globally.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and strategic direction in ML and AI, driving the design, development, and implementation of ML/AI solutions for clients
- Connect across the organization to drive AI adoption in verticals, envision new products, solutions, offerings, and other differentiators
- Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and requirements, and effectively communicate how ML/AI solutions can address them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, develop datasets, and apply appropriate ML algorithms to deliver high-quality solutions
- Leverage technical expertise to engage senior decision-makers
- Shape ML solutions, properly scope/price engagements, establish operating models and project team organization, and lead the transition from sales to delivery
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction through effective project delivery, clear communication, and timely issue resolution
- Engage client stakeholders, including executive / C-level, helping drive enterprise-wide AI adoption
- Stay updated with ML/AI advancements and emerging technologies, proactively recommending new approaches to address challenges across markets and geographies
- Support sales/pre-sales activities by assessing data opportunities, responding to RFPs, and creating proposals
Qualifications
- Strong experience in a senior/leadership role within Data & Analytics/ML/AI with a proven track record in designing and implementing ML/AI solutions
- Knowledge of architectures: CNN/RNN, Transformers, LLM, Multimodal, Foundation models
- Solid understanding of ML algorithms, both classical and deep learning
- Demonstrated leadership experience, driving multi-dimensional teams to deliver AI products
- Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders to secure funding or sell ML/AI projects
- Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences, and ability to collaborate across geographies
- Technical proficiency in Python and ML libraries/frameworks such as PyTorch/TensorFlow
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex business requirements into practical ML/AI solutions
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field, or relevant work experience
