Overview
Sales Analytics Manager - Remote USA - (*eligible states) at The RealReal. The role leads complex business analysis and reporting initiatives to drive data‑driven decisions, provide key business insights and trends, and enable Supply leaders to make well‑informed decisions to increase predictability and reduce risk. The Analytics Manager collaborates with cross‑functional teams (SOPS, Supply, Product, Data Science, etc.) for reporting and insights on strategic initiatives to drive Supply growth and works to improve data quality and efficiency across Supply data architecture.
What You Get To Do Everyday
- Manage Daily/Weekly/Monthly KPIs and proactively alert the business to trends or data issues.
- Develop Looker dashboards and reporting; partner internally for broader data initiatives.
- Support supply strategy initiatives by structuring complex problems, performing detailed analysis, developing solutions, and presenting recommendations to leadership.
- Collaborate with regional Supply Strategy, Supply Programs, and other cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent reporting, GTM alignment, and meaningful insights based on clearly articulated needs and gaps.
- Conduct regular and ad hoc analyses of key supply data (efficiency, pipeline, forecasting, rep performance, territory planning); validate data integrity and support cadence of operating deliverables.
- Use BigQuery/SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Translate business requirements into reporting insights to increase data visibility across internal teams.
What You Bring To The Role
Minimum Requirements:
- 4+ years of Sales/Supply Analytics experience
- 4+ years of experience in SQL and reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- 4+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Reporting & Insights; proficient in G‑Suite
Preferred Requirements:
- 6+ years of Sales/Supply Analytics experience
- 6+ years of experience in SQL and reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- 6+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Reporting & Insights; proficient in G‑Suite
- Masters in Business Analytics
- Extensive experience in data analysis, modeling, and/or financial analysis to support business decisions
- Expertise in Sales forecasting, strategic insights, analytics, and reporting
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with supply leaders and stakeholders
- Focused and organized; able to manage multiple projects concurrently while prioritizing and executing effectively
