Accountabilities

• Develop novel AI-driven product experiences and user interfaces for web applications.
• Own the end-to-end development cycle of features, from conception through production.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and machine learning teams to deliver high-quality, polished consumer applications.
• Write and deploy code efficiently, shipping features quickly and iteratively.
• Contribute to both frontend and backend systems, ensuring scalable and maintainable architecture.
• Help improve development processes and mentor junior engineers where applicable.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building polished web-based product experiences, with extensive expertise in React.
• Strong full-stack development skills and comfort working across front-end and back-end technologies.
• Ability to balance building robust systems with pragmatic, scrappy solutions when needed.
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, and machine learning.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Comfort shipping features quickly in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
