Vercel is looking for a Senior Community Engineer who will be responsible for interacting directly with our customers in the Vercel Community.
This role requires both a strong technical foundation and a curiosity for a broad range of frontend technologies, reflecting the diverse stack used by Vercel customers. While Next.js experience is highly valuable, the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new frameworks based on customer needs is even more important. You'll also play a key role in supporting v0 adoption, helping developers onboard and troubleshoot as they build with it.
You will play a pivotal part in building a dynamic customer community that goes beyond just support. You'll foster best practice knowledge sharing, helping customers at all levels connect, learn, and grow together as Vercel Experts.
A major part of your role will be curating and scaling knowledge, ensuring that valuable insights don't get lost but instead become part of a growing library of solutions, guides, and community-driven discussions.
Most importantly, you'll help elevate customers by sharing the “Vercel stage” with them, highlighting their work.
If you're based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $140,000.00 - $180,000.00. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location, and the total package includes benefits and equity-based compensation. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.
