$240,000.00/yr - $285,000.00/yr

About the Team: The Agent Product Management team builds, deploys, and scales AI agents. As an early APM, you will deploy technology to influential businesses and drive real business impact, balancing product management with AI expertise. You will own all steps in the AI Agent build lifecycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build, design, and optimize Enterprise-quality AI agents with strategic customers — understanding workflows, pain points, and goals.
• Embed within strategic customers to advise on their AI roadmap and business challenges.
• Provide tight feedback loops to Engineering and influence feature development based on customer needs.
• Represent Decagon externally, working with customers and prospects on deployments.
• Collaborate with Decagon's leadership to shape the playbook for strategic logos and continue building the product roadmap as the voice of the customer.

Your background

• 8+ years of relevant experience, including but not limited to:
• Senior manager or equivalent at a top-tier consulting or professional services firm
• Partner at an investing firm
• Senior product leader or group product manager
• Deep technical acumen — able to understand and shape AI agent designs
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where you shape solutions as you implement them

• A Computer Science, Engineering, or Math degree — or equivalent technical experience
