South SFO, CA (3-4 days onsite) Required Skills and Experience. Masters or Bachelors degree in Computer, IT, Software or related field required 10 years of experience as Business Systems Analyst while supporting Data & Analytics projects with 2 years experience. Strong knowledge of data including an understanding of Business Intelligence tools like Qlik or Tableau. Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, story-boarding, user story writing and requirements gathering workshops, digitize story-boarding artifacts and provide input in design sessions. Creating FRD, BRD, & TRD Experience with functions such as sales data processing, reporting, alignment management & CRM Analyze and document current and future business process models. Analyze and document user stories, requirements, business rules, and use cases. Ability to develop strong partnerships and coordinate effort of cross-functional teams.
