The Collaboration Services Engineer plays a pivotal role in enhancing productivity and communication within Infrastructure Services by facilitating the integration and maintenance of a diverse array of productivity tools. The Collaboration Services Engineer participates in designing, implementing, and maintaining tailored productivity solutions to maintain the infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, ensure security protocols, and help deliver user training. Working closely with stakeholders across academic, medical, research, and administrative units at UCSF, the Collaboration Services Engineer will support opportunities to introduce new tools and modernize existing ones, all aimed at elevating the overall customer experience. In partnership with key internal teams and external vendors, the Engineer assists with initiatives to streamline processes and workflows, prioritizing both security and compliance.
