Sr. Manager – Professional Services Procurement
Location: Oakland, CA (Hybrid, 2–3 days onsite)
Compensation: $200,000–$210,000 base + 15% bonus
Reports to: Sr. Director, Indirect Sourcing

Role Overview
The Sr. Manager of Professional Services Procurement will lead the Professional Services category and manage a small team (4–5 people across Senior, Expert, and Principal levels). This leader will own the end-to-end category strategy for professional services and consulting spend, including partnerships with major consulting and professional services firms (Big 4, strategy firms, and outsourcing partners).
Beyond tactical RFP execution, this role will focus on developing long-term strategies, building roadmaps with stakeholders, and ensuring supplier performance and accountability.
