The Field Engineering Team is seeking an experienced engineer to join our team in the development and customer delivery of cutting-edge RF systems. With a deep understanding of our engineering, technology, and customers' missions, this individual will help develop and implement our products with customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design, development, and deployment of innovative RF capabilities, with a focus on enhancing systems, sensors, and platforms for national security applications including UAS (Unmanned Aerial Systems) surveillance systems and integrated air and missile defense. Ability to solve complex technical problems and contribute to rapid prototyping efforts is expected.

• Own customer success outcomes by delivering and implementing new radar products to customers in the field
• Embedding with customers at customer sites
• Integrating data from CHAOS into customer systems
• Collecting workflow and product requirements
• Testing, implementing, and troubleshooting products in the field
• Training customers on product usage
• Preparing to pass feedback to engineering teams
• Working with product engineering teams to help prioritize important customer features, address performance improvements, and speed delivery
• Traveling up to 33% domestically and internationally in pursuit of above goals

• Proficiency in programming languages, software deployment, and network connectivity; preferred practical professional experience working with Python, wireless networks, network protocols / services, and CI / CD implementation
• Experience deploying to the field to work with customer data systems integrating data
• An existing or qualification for a United States security clearance

• Previous or existing commercial or military experience working with radar, air defense, special forces, and / or electronic warfare systems
• Strong engineering background or degree, preferred in fields such as Physics, Mathematics, RF / Signals Engineering, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
