Working through the YMCA of San Francisco, the SF Children & Nature (SFCN) Coordinator supports San Francisco Children & Nature, a cross-sector collaborative that works to address disparities in nature access across socioeconomic and racial lines. Since its founding, SFCN has brought together over 40 city agencies and nonprofit organizations to expand access to nature in early education, schools, neighborhoods, and citywide public spaces to ensure that all children in San Francisco have daily opportunities to play, learn, and grow in nature.
