Our recruiting team has been engaged by a fast-growing SaaS to help recruit & hire a talented Vice President, Engineering (SaaS). This role is the Global Leader of Software Engineering and Product Management teams and reports to the C-Suite directly.

Ideal Candidate Profile: On way up in career - a Sr. Director or maybe VP Engineering at a mid-sized company that has shown significant growth the past 3-5 years. Someone with real-world experience in Automated Code Generation as a Practice.

Location: San Francisco - Bay Area, Redwood City, Menlo Park - Hybrid Leadership Role. Some travel in U.S. and also in India on an as-needed basis.

• 15+ years in Software Development (SaaS) space building complex software solutions for large-enterprise
• 7+ years in Leadership as Sr. Manager and/or Director Level roles leading product engineering and software engineering teams (Java, AI, ML, Python, AWS, Azure, Cloud, REST API designs, C++, GCP, C#, Elixir, Erlang, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
• Design of High Level Designs(HLDs) and Low Level Designs(LLDs) from user requirements to design web applications/ desktop applications/ web services / windows service.
• RDBMS expertise ; Super Speed Delivery - Modular Architecture
• Prior experience transitioning a SaaS built on legacy Java Architecture to a Modern Framework
• Building low-latency SaaS that interfaces with IoT, Robotics, RFID, ERP, POS etc.
• AI/ML and Algorthimic heavy Engineering for complex SaaS (B2B and B2C)
