About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President (SVP) of Partnerships to drive enterprise growth and establish the company as a leader in the creator economy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the enterprise partnership and sales strategy, with a focus on aligning it with the company's revenue and growth objectives. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in enterprise sales, partnerships, or business development, ideally within SaaS, martech, or creator economy businesses. The SVP will be tasked with identifying and prioritizing new market opportunities, leading complex negotiations, and building scalable partnership frameworks. They will also be expected to represent the company at the highest levels, build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, and ensure the company's offering remains innovative and differentiated. Applicants for the SVP of Partnerships role at the company should have at least 10 years' of experience in a relevant leadership position, with a strong background in the creator economy, social media, and influencer marketing. The role demands exceptional executive relationship-building and negotiation skills, as well as proficiency in CRM and analytics tools. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, customer-centric, and growth-oriented individual, driven by impact, and with a collaborative and resilient approach to work. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA or advanced degree is an asset. The SVP will be expected to lead a high-performing team, influence company direction, and stay ahead of emerging trends in the creator economy. Success in this role will be measured by significant enterprise revenue growth, the establishment of the company as a trusted partner, and the development of scalable processes to accelerate enterprise deal velocity.
