Senior Manager, Global Collaborations Marketing
Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a passionate and strategic Senior Manager of Global Collaborations Marketing. You'll lead the development of marketing strategies that bring our most exciting global collaborations to life, shaping the brand narrative through culturally resonant partnerships and storytelling. This role sits at the intersection of brand, culture, and commerce, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to create fresh campaigns that inspire global audiences and achieve our goals. A commanding knowledge of fashion, including streetwear, high-fashion, and sneaker culture, is required. This role blends creativity with operational excellence.
About the Job
We're looking for someone who can:
- Strategy & Planning: Partner with the Senior Director to develop global marketing strategies for Levi's collaborations, ensuring understanding of overarching brand goals and seasonal priorities.
- End-to-End Campaign Ownership: Oversee the entire marketing lifecycle for collaboration projects — from creative planning and briefing, to production and multi-channel go-to-market execution.
- Leadership: Collaborate with partners across Merchandising, Design, Brand Marketing, PR, Digital, Social, and Retail to deliver cohesive, 360° campaigns.
- Partner Relations: Act as a liaison for external collaborators, managing relationships with artists, designers, creative agencies, KOLs, and influencers to ensure authenticity and influence.
- Creative Storytelling: Develop compelling narratives, assets, and toolkits that enhance each collaboration and resonate globally.
- Measurement & Insights: Analyze campaign performance, consumer engagement, and sell-through data to inform strategy and improve future projects.
- Trend & Cultural Fluency: Stay ahead of cultural, fashion, and market trends to identify new partnership opportunities and push creative boundaries.
- Reports to: Senior Director, Global Collaborations.
About You
- Experience: 7–10+ years in brand marketing with emphasis on global partnerships, fashion collaborations, or consumer brand projects; experience in lifestyle, streetwear, or premium fashion.
- Leadership: Ability to manage teams and complex projects with multiple partners and timelines.
- Creativity + Execution: A blend of creative vision and operational excellence — capable of dreaming big and driving results.
- Cultural Connectivity: Knowledge of the fashion landscape, including streetwear, sneaker culture, high fashion, music, and art.
- Communication: Storytelling across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. Expect in-office presence 3 days per week, typically Tuesday–Thursday. In-office days may vary based on needs.

Compensation & Benefits
The expected starting salary range for this role is $120,000–$177,000 per year. We may pay more or less than the posted range based on location, education, qualifications, performance, and needs. Levi Strauss & Co. offers a total rewards package including base pay, incentive plans, 401(k) matching, paid leave, health insurance, product discounts, and more.
