Description:

Overview

Now Hiring: Partner – Leadership Development & Sales Strategy

I am looking for an SME/Partner who blends consulting expertise with a sales-driven mindset — someone who can work directly with prospective clients, influence senior executives, and help close complex enterprise deals.

This is not an internal HR consulting role. We're looking for a client-facing leader who thrives in the field, collaborating with Sales and Customer Success teams while advising customers directly on leadership, talent, and employee engagement strategies.

About the Role

In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor to both our sales team and client executives. You'll help shape strategic solutions, deliver high-impact presentations, and partner with senior leaders to uncover challenges and demonstrate the value of our leadership development offerings — with a sharp focus on driving revenue growth and closing new business.

What You'll Do

Pre-Sales Advisory & Deal Support

  • Partner with Sales during discovery and solution design to influence deals.
  • Engage directly with client stakeholders to understand business priorities and present tailored solutions.
  • Lead C-level presentations that connect leadership strategies to business outcomes.
  • Establish yourself as a thought leader, helping executives understand the ROI of talent and leadership investments.
  • Develop customized leadership development solutions and engagement strategies aligned to client goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure offerings are positioned to win new logos and expand existing relationships.
  • Be actively involved in high-profile client engagements where your expertise can strengthen relationships and accelerate outcomes.

What Makes You Great

  • 7+ years in leadership consulting, talent strategy, or organizational development — with a strong sales-facing focus.
  • Experience partnering with Sales teams to influence buying decisions and close deals.
  • Proven success presenting to and advising C-level executives at mid-sized organizations (1,000–5,000 employees).
  • Ability to design solutions that drive measurable business impact.
  • Exceptional facilitation and executive presentation skills — in-person and virtual.
  • Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in I/O Psychology, OD, Business, or related field required.
  • Executive Coaching certification (ICF or equivalent) is a plus.
