What you'll work on here
- Backend software engineering & infrastructure engineering to support the AI and agentic flows
- Owning and operating LLM-backed products in production at scale
- RAG/data ingestion pipelines
- Prompt engineering
- Model performance and evals
- 4+ years of software development experience
- Deep customer empathy, including the desire to speak with customers and make product decisions
- Strong ability to learn new technologies and be productive in unfamiliar domains
- Passion for tasteful user experience
- Strong ownership mentality
- Experience in LLM fine-tuning, RAG systems, and AI automations
- Bonus points: Previously founded a startup. Extra bonus for a dev-tools startup
