About the Role

The company is seeking a dynamic Senior Vice President of Analytics and Reporting to spearhead the development and enhancement of its analytics and reporting capabilities. This critical position requires a quantitative strategist who excels in building and leading high-performance analytics teams that produce actionable insights to fuel business growth. The successful candidate will define the organization's core data resources, harmonize diverse data types, and ensure the accessibility of essential performance indicators and metrics.

As the head of the Analytics team, you will be instrumental in nurturing and expanding top-tier teams across product, business intelligence, and marketing, while collaborating closely with the Data Engineering team to establish a robust Data Warehouse. A strong emphasis on stakeholder collaboration, empowering self-service options, and fostering a data-driven cultural framework is crucial.

Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in data analytics and/or data science, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity. A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is required. We are looking for an individual with a proven history of establishing and leading analytics and reporting functions, along with exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Technical expertise in analytics and data visualization tools, as well as a comprehensive understanding of data governance principles, is essential. Experience in recruiting, mentoring, and cultivating a diverse, high-performing team is also highly valued. Familiarity with cloud technologies and big data platforms is a plus, along with the ability to drive organizational change and deliver significant outcomes through analytics initiatives.
