About the Role

The Company is on the lookout for its first Senior Vice President of Biologics Contract Development and Manufacturing (CDMO). This key position is perfect for a dynamic leader eager to shape the future of biologics on a global scale. The SVP will lead strategic, operational, and commercial initiatives to establish a top-tier CDMO platform that emphasizes innovation, regulatory expertise, and exceptional client service, setting the stage for remarkable growth in the global healthcare landscape.

The successful candidate will have full executive ownership responsible for strategic planning, operations, business development, and profit and loss management. Your leadership will be crucial in defining and expanding our Bio CDMO division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic growth and client acquisition in the biologics manufacturing sector.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across all applicable frameworks, particularly FDA, EMA, and ICH.
• Inspire and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team to achieve operational excellence.
• Manage financial planning, reporting, and resource optimization initiatives.
• Influence innovation in the industry and ensure adherence to regulatory excellence.

Qualifications:

Applicants must possess a minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in biologics manufacturing or CDMO services, alongside a Master's degree in a relevant field (Ph.D. preferred). A proven track record in client acquisition, strategic growth, and regulatory compliance is essential.
