About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Revenue Executive who will redefine the customer journey and spearhead our go-to-market strategy. In this crucial role, you will oversee the complete revenue lifecycle, from initial contact to renewal and expansion. You will unify and lead our sales, client success, onboarding, and support teams with a focus on streamlining processes and enhancing the customer experience.

The ideal candidate will play a key role on the executive team, collaborating closely with the CEO and other leaders to ensure strategic alignment and drive exceptional outcomes. You should have a proven track record of leading full-cycle revenue teams within a rapidly growing SaaS environment, ideally with experience in vertical SaaS. We value candidates with a background in scaling recurring revenue businesses in private equity or venture-backed settings.

Your strong belief in operational excellence and dedication to customer service will be vital to your success. You should embody a hands-on, strategic approach, and possess a passion for building and leading high-performing teams. A data-driven mindset and analytical capabilities are essential, as is an adeptness at utilizing AI and automation to enhance the customer experience. We are looking for a change agent, motivated by curiosity and a desire to succeed.

A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 15 years of revenue leadership experience in B2B software or SaaS.
