Location: Remote - Mexico-based

Contract: Independent Contractor

Trial Period: Includes a 3-month trial period

Compensation: $2,000-$3,000/month depending on experience

Reports to: SVP of Global Sales and Operations

We're hiring a Marketing Director to lead our go-to-market and brand strategy from the ground up. This is a high-impact opportunity to define how we tell our story, engage new clients, and build a scalable marketing function in close collaboration with executive leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Own and lead all marketing efforts, from brand positioning and messaging to campaign development and performance.
  • Build and execute multi-channel strategies across content, web, digital, and sales enablement.
  • Develop a cohesive brand identity that reflects our evolving global footprint.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership to ensure alignment.
  • Establish marketing infrastructure including content production, lead generation, analytics, and scalable campaign workflows.
  • Manage internal and external contributors, with potential to grow the team over time.
  • Take a hands-on approach when needed - combining creativity, experimentation, and data to drive results.
Hard Skills & Tools
  • Marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
  • Analytics and reporting (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio)
  • CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Salesloft)
  • Strong copywriting and content development
  • Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, and organic content strategies
Who You Are
  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in high-growth or startup environments
  • Proven success building marketing programs from the ground up
  • Independent, strategic thinker who also executes effectively
  • Collaborative leader experienced in managing distributed teams and stakeholders
  • Skilled in creating messaging and materials that support and accelerate sales
  • Resourceful, curious, and comfortable working in fast-moving, evolving environments
Bonus Experience
  • Marketing in service-driven or hybrid business models
  • Global go-to-market strategy across regions
  • Portfolio of work showing how you've driven growth and brand visibility
