Education / Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Certification
  • Any certification on Digital Adoption tools like WalkMe, Whatfix or similar
No of years of experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Digital Adoption Expert
Primary Skills (Must have)
  • Good exposure to Digital Adoption in an organization
  • Experience in building training content on WalkMe & WhatFix meeting business needs
  • Scripting experience for customized training on WalkMe & WhatFix
  • Guide the end users to help them build their own training content
  • Support business functions on identification of the problem and provide solutions pertaining to Digital Adoption tools like WalkMe/WhatFix
  • Ability to work in team and drive adoption
  • Ability to understand Digital transformation state of the organization and help build the roadmap
