Title: Frontend Software Engineer ( CT2306)
Location: San Francisco, CA (In-office 3+ days/week)
Duration: Fulltime
Rate - $140K - $180K

Role Summary
Seeking a frontend-focused Software Engineer with 4-8 years of experience to join our core team. You'll be responsible for building out new user-facing features and products in React/Next.js, contributing to a best-in-class contractor platform used across North America.

Core Responsibilities

• Build and launch new frontend products and features
• Maintain systems for performance, observability, and availability
• Participate in architectural discussions and code reviews
• Uphold engineering quality through thoughtful design and documentation
• Actively contribute to team culture and process improvement

Must-Have Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience as a frontend-focused engineer (not full-stack)
• Expertise with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and CSS
• Experience in a high-velocity engineering environment
• Experience at an early-stage startup (Seed or Series A preferred)
• Recent work experience at a B2B SaaS company
• Strong undergraduate Computer Science degree
• Tasteful and customer-focused product sensibility
• Able to work 3+ days/week in SF office
• Strong interest in early-stage startups and long-term product ownership

Preferred Qualifications

• Has shipped and iterated on long-term product features
• Experience contributing to design or UX discussions
• Demonstrated ability to balance speed and code quality
• Familiarity with contractor tech, construction SaaS, or field ops platforms
