About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Capital Markets to lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives. This pivotal role will focus on enhancing our existing customer relationships while forging new connections with potential clients. The ideal candidate will possess a successful history in new business sales and account management, especially within Global 2000 enterprises in the Capital Markets and Financial Services Industry.
As the leader of our sales team, you will be responsible for exceeding revenue goals, attracting, hiring, and retaining top sales talent. We require a minimum of 7 years of enterprise software sales leadership experience, with a solid background in C-level sales. Your ability to inspire and empower your team to achieve their objectives will be essential.
A Bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA is strongly preferred. You should have a deep understanding of business needs and revenue potential for enterprise accounts, along with experience in territory management and strategic planning. The right candidate will have a stellar track record of surpassing sales quotas, proficiency in managing complex sales cycles, and expertise in positioning the business value of our SaaS/cloud-based software solutions.
