Technical Designer - Workplace Benefits:

• Base salary of $65 - $85k
• Medical/Dental/Vision/Retirement

Technical Designer- Workplace Responsibilities:

• Participate in the design and construction phase activities
• Conduct existing conditions surveys and prepare architectural base plans
• Review applicable building and accessibility codes
• Assist the design team by researching products and systems
• Prepare construction and biding documents
• Review and process all shop drawing/sample submissions

Technical Designer - Workplace Qualifications:

• BS in Architecture or related field
• 8+ years of experience as Technical Designer for workplace project
• Expertise in AutoCAD and Revit
• Experience in Workplace and Corporate Interiors is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Photoshop and/or InDesign preferred
