Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and driven Front-End Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a key player in building the user-facing layer of our innovative AI-native agent workspace. You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into intuitive, performant, and beautiful user interfaces that our customers love. This position is ideal for a hands-on engineer who is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with product, design, and backend engineering teams to define and implement new features.
• Develop and maintain high-volume, complex web applications using modern front-end technologies.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to engineering best practices.
• Contribute to the team's front-end tooling, component libraries, and long-term architectural decisions.
• Support CI/CD processes and contribute to a culture of high-quality, continuous delivery.

• 6+ years of proven experience working on high-volume, complex web applications.
• Fluency in ReactJS and NextJS.
• Proficiency in modern CSS and responsive design principles.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and an understanding of front-end integration with cloud-native backends is a plus.
