For the higher-level person: The position leans more to the functional side, but they must show tech skills/knowledge. The folks who work out need to be technical -almost have a development background but moved into BA- implementation, documentation, and configuration as a focus. It's a chaotic/challenging environment. Without strong/confident tech skills, they don't survive....
