Managing Director, AI Solutions & Architecture at Unify Consulting. Unify is evolving our technology practices to lead with AI. This role is designed for a bold, consultative leader ready to architect and deliver transformative AI-enabled solutions across industries. You'll shape and scale a high-performing practice that blends enterprise architecture, modern engineering, and AI implementation. You'll be at the forefront of that evolution—building, leading, and delivering with purpose.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the practice: Set direction and oversee the solutioning, delivery, and growth of AI-forward technology solutions.
• Architect and deliver: Design and implement scalable software and platform solutions, with AI integrated at the core.
• Be the expert: Bring deep experience in building or deploying AI-driven solutions—from initial assessment through production delivery.
• Grow talent: Mentor technical consultants, build community, and raise the bar on engineering excellence.
• Influence and partner: Engage across product, design, data, and engineering to deliver modern, business-aligned tech stacks.
• Advise and inspire: Serve as a strategic partner to clients, navigating complexity with clarity and building trust through delivery.

What You Bring

• Consulting Leadership: Proven success leading client engagements across industries, with the ability to influence, deliver, and grow trusted partnerships.
• Solution Expertise: Hands-on experience solutioning, selling, and delivering custom technology solutions, with a clear point of view on modernization, buy vs. build, and managing technical debt.
• AI Acumen: Practical expertise in assessing, architecting, or implementing custom AI solutions—grounded in impact, not just experimentation.
• Enterprise Fluency: Adept at navigating complex orgs and stakeholder dynamics with a consultative, trusted-advisor approach.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Skilled at collaborating across product, design, data, and engineering to architect integrated, modern tech stacks.
• Team & Practice Building: Committed to mentoring, raising technical bar, and cultivating a thriving, high-performance consulting community.

Compensation

Salary: $236,000 - $284,000 per year. Base salary + bonus plan
