The Senior Surgical Onsite Specialist (SOS) is responsible for providing case support and customer support, training and education, and solution implementation assistance across aligned Surgical Centers of Therapy (CO - Ts). This role ensures seamless product utilization by assisting with on-site procedures, addressing customer inquiries, performing equipment upgrades and maintenance, and leading training initiatives for physicians and staff within an assigned account alignment and in partnership with the Surgical Account Manager (SAM). The Senior Surgical Onsite Specialist plays a critical role in lead generation, sales support, and market expansion efforts, contributing directly to the organizations growth and success.
