Role: Director of Sales

Location: San Francisco (Onsite)

Salary: $160k - $170k base (plus OTE & equity)

We're looking for a hands-on Sales Director to own revenue growth in our San Francisco office. You'll manage a team of 14 AEs, close strategic deals, and be the face of our brand in one of the most exciting startup ecosystems in the world.

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of Account Executives.
• Own revenue growth and close strategic deals.
• Build partnerships and represent us at events in the founder/VC community.
• Roll up your sleeves and drive GTM strategy from the front lines.

• 5–8 years in sales, with at least 1+ years managing a team.
• Success at a high-growth startup (under 500 employees).
• You come from either: FinTech startup ; Top VC-backed startup or from a VC firm
• Proven dealmaker with strong commercial instincts.
• Excellent communicator with executive presence.
• Comfortable going to regular networking events.
