Full-Stack Software Engineer (Hybrid | San Francisco | $180k–$240k + Equity)

We're looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves solving ambiguous problems. You'll work across the stack, owning features end-to-end — from product requirements through to QA — while helping us build a platform that makes healthcare simpler, faster, and more transparent.

What you'll do:

• Build and maintain full-stack features such as pricing engines, appointment booking, and payment systems
• Collaborate directly with clinicians and operations teams to understand real-world workflows
• Integrate with complex healthcare infrastructure (EHRs, insurance platforms, lab systems)
• Write product requirement docs, SQL queries, and test your own features
• Wear multiple hats as part of a tight-knit engineering team in a startup environment

• 2–5 years of full-stack engineering experience
• Strong problem-solving skills in uncertain or fast-changing environments
• comfortable working across backend, frontend, and integrations
• A passion for creating technology that makes a real difference in people's lives
• Hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA
