We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Financial Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, month-end close processes, and technical accounting. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial statements, as well as maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

• Lead and execute month-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statements
• Prepare and review complex journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and systems
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
• Support external audit processes and respond to auditor inquiries
• Research and implement new accounting pronouncements and ensure compliance with existing standards
• Develop and maintain documentation of accounting policies and procedures
• Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analysis as needed
• Mentor and train junior team members on accounting principles and best practices

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment
• CPA certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience with technical accounting research
• Proficiency in financial reporting and month-end close processes
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
