We're partnering with a high-growth HealthTech scaleup that's redefining how clinicians and patients connect through generative AI. Their platform processes millions of medical conversations each month and is trusted by over 100 major healthcare systems.

Having just closed a large Series E funding round, they're scaling fast and hiring a Staff Platform Engineer to drive growth from the infrastructure side.

Base pay range

$160,000.00/yr - $260,000.00/yr

What You'll Do

• Building and maintaining Kubernetes deployments across environments
• Designing and implementing infrastructure as code (Terraform modules)
• Evolving CI/CD pipelines to support scale, security, and velocity
• Contributing to infra strategy and system documentation
• Participating in on-call (1 day/week every 6–7 weeks)

What You'll Need

• 8–10 years in infrastructure or platform roles, ideally in high-growth environments
• Strong experience with Kubernetes + Terraform in production
• Solid GCP experience (at least 1 year)
• CI/CD pipeline development and ownership mindset

Nice to Have

• Backend experience in Python, Go, or Node
• Prior exposure to early-stage or hyper-growth tech companies
