Overview

S.H.I.F.T is partnering with an exciting company experiencing strong growth. We're seeking high-agency, eager founding full-stack engineers to help build the product and scale it to new customers. The founding team has spent the last 10 years building AI products and applications across different industries, with three technically strong co-founders and significant opportunities to shape infrastructure and product as one of the first engineers.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with other engineers, product managers, and designers to architect, develop, and own the user-facing application.
• Use full-stack experience to design intelligent back-end and front-end systems.
• Promote sound engineering practices and drive technical strategy and roadmaps.
• Help design and implement measurements of success for the team.
• Initiate, influence, and drive technical projects.

You may be a good fit for this role if

• You have 4+ years in full-stack development, covering both front-end and back-end technologies.
• You have experience working at startups.
• You are comfortable working on challenging problems in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments.
• You want to have a large impact on the business as an early team member.
• Computer Science degree from a Top 20 US university.
