$200k – $300k base salary + stock options + potential bonus

The Role

As an early Software Engineer, you'll:

• Architect and ship end-to-end features at speed, from data pipelines to user-facing workflows
• Shape the foundations of their engineering culture as they 10× headcount and product scale
• Work across real-world audio, conversation intelligence, and large-scale data problems
• Build the tools, models, and mental frameworks that let both you and the company accelerate exponentially

This isn't just another engineering job — it's a chance to operate as a technical founder inside a generational company.

• Frontend: React, React Native, TypeScript
• Backend & Data: Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, some Go
• Tooling & Infra: Turborepo, Terraform, GitHub Actions, Spacelift
