Role details

Soni is hiring on behalf of a client seeking an Associate Creative Director with experience in lifestyle, fashion, beauty, or wellness to lead large-scale 360 campaigns. This full-time contract role works in PST hours and would ideally be based in or near San Francisco, with the ability to collaborate remotely, work in-office if hybrid, and travel for on-set productions.

Responsibilities

• Own campaign strategy and execution across digital, social, paid, and in-store channels while guiding a team of art directors and designers.
• Lead photo and video shoots; present creative to executives; review deliverables; and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class work.
• Mentor talent, foster collaboration, and deliver campaigns that align with business goals.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of creative leadership experience with proven expertise in lifestyle, fashion, beauty, or wellness.
• Demonstrated success leading integrated 360 campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative strategy, compelling design, and campaign leadership.
• Hands-on experience directing photo and video shoots.
• Skilled people manager with experience mentoring and growing creative teams.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; Figma experience a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

Compensation

Base pay range: $50.00/hr - $60.00/hr

Note: Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
