Overview

We are seeking a Sr. / Staff Test Engineer to join our fast-growing hardware engineering team, working on cutting-edge LiDAR and perception technologies. In this role, you'll design and execute test frameworks that ensure world-class performance and reliability for advanced sensing systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement automated test frameworks for hardware and computer vision systems
• Validate system performance, debug issues, and drive improvements across hardware/software integration
• Perform data analysis using Python (NumPy, scripting) to evaluate test coverage, identify trends, and optimize reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional hardware and software engineers to deliver high-quality products
• Drive continuous improvement in test methodologies for advanced sensor technologies

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in test engineering (hardware-focused)
• Strong proficiency in Python and data analysis (NumPy a must)
• Hands-on experience in automation testing and computer vision validation
• Exposure to testing hardware/software integrated systems
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills

Location

Note: Candidate must be within 15 minutes commute to 94110 zip code or open to relocate to the city.
