Senior Software Engineer, Health at Babylist. This role sits on the Babylist Health team, building a scalable storefront and health services as Babylist expands its health offerings.
What the Role IsBabylist is looking for a passionate Fullstack Software Engineer to join our Babylist Health team. Launched in October 2022, Babylist Health aims to provide a more user-friendly and transparent way for people to purchase a breast pump through insurance with incredible opportunities to broaden offerings for pregnancy, child, and new parent health in the future. This distributed team is responsible for scaling the technical systems and creating a user-friendly storefront that will support Babylist Health's goals. You will also work on new strategic initiatives to expand the health offerings as we grow this business. As part of the team, you will lead business critical projects and you will make important decisions about how our systems grow and scale.
Who You AreBabylist follows a market-based approach to compensation, with pay varying based on location, experience, and qualifications. In compliance with applicable pay transparency laws, the starting salary range for this role is $140,477.00 to $210,612.00, representing the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably expect to offer for this position.
Your starting salary within this range will be determined based on your skills, experience, and work location, with future adjustments informed by role growth, performance, and internal pay equity.
