About the RoleAs we scale our enterprise motion globally, we're seeking a transformational Solutions Engineering leader to build and lead our Enterprise SE function across all regions. You'll help Intercom scale its AI-driven support platform to some of the world's most well-known brands. This role will shape how we engage with large, complex organizations, define our go-to-market, build a world-class team, and deliver tangible customer outcomes through innovation and credibility.
This role is strategic and hands-on. You will lead a global Solutions Engineering function focused on winning complex enterprise deals, creating vertical-specific solution architectures, and building repeatable playbooks. We value leaders who can be both a player and a coach, collaborating with Sales, Success, Product, Engineering, and Services to deliver customer transformation through Intercom's AI-first platform.

The On Target Earnings range for candidates within the San Francisco Bay Area is $287,213 - $333,788. Actual pay will depend on education, skills, experience, location, etc. The base pay range is subject to change. Regular employees may be eligible for company bonuses, sales incentives, and stock in the form of RSUs.
Intercom has a hybrid working policy. We believe working in person helps us stay connected, collaborate, and create a great culture while providing flexibility to work from home. We expect employees to be in the office at least three days per week.
