Applied Research Engineer | Video AI | San Francisco (In-Person)

As an Applied Research Engineer, you'll:

• Build high-performance pipelines and systems for video understanding at scale
• Solve open-ended research problems with clever pre/post-processing, pipelining, inference optimization, and fine-tuning
• Work hands-on with models + APIs to maximize performance and precision
• Collaborate directly with top AI video labs and customers shaping the future of video

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years experience in computer vision or audio processing
• Strong Python developer with experience in PyTorch or similar ML frameworks
• Clear communicator, comfortable collaborating with customers + external teams
• Passion for video + media technologies, motivated by building end-to-end products
• Bonus: Open-source contributions or early startup experience
