We're partnering with a fast-growing, VC-backed Voice AI startup disrupting how brands handle sales and support through AI-driven voice automation. They've raised $4.7M seed funding, hit $14M ARR with just 12 people, and are recognized as a leader in the space.

This is a high-impact engineering role where you'll build and scale the backend systems powering millions of AI voice calls globally. You'll work closely with the founding team on real-time audio, telephony, and developer tools. You'll also engage directly with customers to shape product direction.

What You'll Do

• Architect scalable backend and DevOps systems to handle millions of calls.
• Develop prompt orchestration, testing frameworks, observability tools, and telephony integrations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design teams.
• Support customer onboarding and troubleshoot issues.

Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years backend experience, CS/CE/EE degree preferred.
• Ownership mentality, founder-like mindset.
• Thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments.
• Strong communicator and collaborator.
• Startup experience and cloud/DevOps knowledge are a plus.
• Full-time, ~70 hours/week (50 onsite flexible + 20 remote)
