Senior Software Engineer

Role Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust, secure web platforms built for scalability, uptime, and collaborative user workflows in enterprise settings.
• Lead development across the stack, enhancing both backend services and frontend interfaces with a focus on speed, usability, and resilience.
• Manage infrastructure within AWS GovCloud, aligning all deployments with strict compliance requirements such as FedRAMP and NIST.
• Take ownership of system architecture and engineering quality by reviewing designs, mentoring peers, and guiding critical cross-functional decisions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building large-scale, distributed systems with an emphasis on reliability, long-term maintainability, and high performance.
• Experience with React on the frontend and modern backend frameworks, including strong fundamentals in API architecture and state management.
• Comfortable working with LLMs through API integrations, with hands-on knowledge of prompt design and optimization techniques.
• Strong grasp of secure coding principles and infrastructure-as-code workflows; excellent at writing clear documentation and driving operational excellence.
