Koah Labs is building the ad network to power the next generation of AI-native products. Our mission is to help publishers monetize and help advertisers reach the right audience — without compromising speed, UX, or privacy.

Infra: Render (app + workers), AWS (RDS, S3), Grafana for metrics and logs

Data: PostgreSQL (primary), ClickHouse (analytics), Redis (caching & rate limiting)

Core Stack: Ruby on Rails, React, TypeScript

We're looking for engineers who care about what they build and who they build it with. You'll take customer input and product needs and turn them into features that are reliable, well-considered, and fast to ship.

Build an Android, React Native, Swift SDK for a publisher integration

Add visibility into ad queries for advertisers by classifying and creating a visible taxonomy that is easily searchable

Implement a billing system, converting our manual weekly to include invoicing and team controls

You're comfortable working across the stack, tackling new tasks out of your comfort zone, and can handle ambiguity

You balance speed with quality and care about the user experience

You work well in-person and enjoy fast feedback loops

You enjoy breaking down problems and testing your hypotheses
