Responsibilities

• Develop and apply cutting-edge machine learning models on massive datasets.
• Implement algorithms to analyze the content of hundreds of millions of social media posts.
• Leverage advanced models, including large language models, to create complex AI systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or a related field with 7+ years of experience.
• Expertise in training classifiers, encoders, and generative models (LLMs) from scratch and through fine-tuning.
• Proficient in Python and SQL, particularly Snowflake.
• Experienced in distributed systems and machine learning models.
• Hands-on knowledge of LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Commitment to rigorous testing and code review practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptable to emerging technologies and innovative approaches.
